1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS (CLICKWRAP ACCEPTANCE – ENFORCEABILITY SECTION)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “user,” or “customer”) and West Coast Compounds (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of westcoastcompounds.com (the “Site”) and any related services, including all purchases made through our WooCommerce-powered checkout system.

      • Accessing the Site,

      • Creating an account,

      • Clicking “I Agree,” “Place Order,” or any equivalent checkbox or button during checkout,

      • Or otherwise using our Services,

    you expressly acknowledge that:

        4. PRODUCTS & RESEARCH USE ONLY DISCLAIMER

        All products sold by West Coast Compounds are strictly intended for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only.

        You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

           

            • Products are not intended for human or animal use

            • Products are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or medical devices

            • Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease

            • Any bodily introduction is strictly prohibited

          You assume full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws.

          5. NO MEDICAL OR USAGE GUIDANCE

          We do not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, usage protocols, or performance expectations.

          Any communication requesting such information may be refused without response or service.

          6. ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE & RIGHT TO REJECT

          We reserve the right to:

             

              • Refuse or cancel any order at any time

              • Limit or restrict quantities

              • Refuse orders suspected of fraud, reseller activity, or policy abuse

            An order is not accepted until payment is captured and shipment is confirmed.

            7. PRICING, AVAILABILITY & MODIFICATIONS

            Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue products at any time without liability.

            8. CHECKOUT TERMS (WOOCOMMERCE DISCLOSURE)

            By completing checkout, you acknowledge:

               

                • You have reviewed product details and policies

                • You agree to the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy

                • You authorize payment processing through third-party providers

                • You understand all sales are subject to final acceptance

              WooCommerce and third-party processors may store transaction-related data as required for order fulfillment.

              9. REFUND POLICY INCORPORATION (CONTRACTUAL BINDING)

              All purchases are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

              In the event of conflict, these Terms shall control unless explicitly stated otherwise.

              10. NO RETURNS / FINAL SALE POLICY

              All sales are final unless explicitly approved under our Refund Policy at Company discretion.

              You acknowledge that:

                 

                  • Products cannot be returned once shipped

                  • Opened or delivered products are non-refundable

                  • Refund eligibility is strictly limited and time-sensitive

                        • Accuracy or reliability of results

                      14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (AGGRESSIVE LIABILITY CAP)

                      To the maximum extent permitted by law, West Coast Compounds shall not be liable for any:

                         

                          • Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages

                          • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption

                          • Claims arising from misuse or unauthorized use of products

                        In all cases, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

                        15. INDEMNIFICATION

                        You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless West Coast Compounds and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

                           

                            • Your use or misuse of products

                            • Your violation of these Terms

                            • Your violation of any applicable law

                          16. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTE WAIVER

                          You agree that:

                             

                              • You will contact us prior to initiating any dispute or chargeback

                              • Unauthorized chargebacks may be treated as fraudulent

                              • We may submit all documentation to payment processors to contest disputes

                            17. TERMINATION

                            We may terminate or suspend access to the Site or Services at any time for any violation of these Terms without prior notice.

                            18. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE & RECORDS

                            You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and transactions provided electronically satisfy legal requirements for written communication.

                            19. GOVERNING LAW

                            These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

                            20. SEVERABILITY

                            If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

                            21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

                            These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and West Coast Compounds.
