All products sold by West Coast Compounds (“Company”) are strictly intended for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. By purchasing, accessing, or receiving any product from this Site, you expressly represent, warrant, and agree that you are a qualified professional acting in a research capacity and fully understand the inherent risks associated with research materials.
Under no circumstances are products intended for human consumption, animal use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, food use, cosmetic use, or any form of bodily administration. Any deviation from these conditions constitutes unauthorized misuse. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for such misuse.
ABSOLUTE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, West Coast Compounds, including its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and suppliers, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or relating to:
- Product use, misuse, or inability to use
- Improper handling, storage, or interpretation
- Unauthorized or off-label application
- Reliance on product information (or lack thereof)
- Third-party conduct or actions
All products are provided strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In all circumstances, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO RETURNS
Due to the nature of research materials and inability to verify handling after shipment, all sales are final. Once an order has shipped, it is deemed fully accepted.
No returns, refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges are permitted except as expressly outlined in this policy and solely at the Company’s discretion.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has entered processing or shipping status, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Cancellation requests must be submitted to: info@westcoastcompounds.com with a valid order number.
DISCRETIONARY REMEDIES ONLY
Any refund, replacement, or credit issued is entirely voluntary, non-contractual, and granted solely at the Company’s absolute discretion. No such issuance creates precedent or obligation.
Strict requirements:
- Shipping damage: must be reported within 48 hours with documentation
- Incorrect item: must be reported within 48 hours
- Missing items: must be reported within 48 hours
- Quality concerns: must be reported within 5 business days
Failure to meet requirements results in automatic denial.
NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS
Refunds or replacements will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Late or incomplete claims
- Opened, altered, or handled products
- Claims regarding effectiveness or performance
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
- Incorrect shipping information provided by customer
- Any suspected or confirmed misuse
CHARGEBACK AND DISPUTE PROTECTION
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting the Company may be treated as fraudulent activity. The Company reserves the right to submit all documentation and communications to payment processors and financial institutions to contest such claims.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless West Coast Compounds and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your purchase, handling, misuse, or violation of these terms.
NO USAGE OR DOSING GUIDANCE POLICY
West Coast Compounds provides no instructions, guidance, or recommendations regarding use, dosage, preparation, administration, or effects of any product.
All customers acknowledge they are qualified researchers acting independently and assume full responsibility for their activities.
Any inquiry implying non-research use will result in refusal of service without notice.
REGULATORY DISCLAIMER
All products are strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human or animal use. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices under applicable law, including the United States Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. § 321).
